Seller and scope

Our products

Read the product description and selected variant before ordering. Dimensions, light colour, power requirements, included accessories and any stated restrictions form part of the description. Trees, furniture and styling accessories are included only where expressly stated. Images labelled as AI inspiration illustrate a setting and are not photographs of tested products. Colours may appear differently on different screens; this does not remove your rights if an item does not match its description.

Prices, payment and orders

Customer prices are displayed in US dollars. The order summary shows the products, discounts, shipping charges and any taxes collected by us before you submit your order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Check the selected products, quantities, delivery address and total carefully before placing your order.

We send an order confirmation by email. If an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing or description error is discovered, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute a different item or increase an agreed price without your consent. If we cannot fulfil the order, we refund payments for goods not supplied as required by law.

Delivery

We arrange delivery to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses and PO boxes are not currently supported. Processing occurs before shipping transit. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates, and orders may arrive in separate parcels. Arrival before Christmas is not guaranteed. See our shipping policy for product-specific estimates and delivery information.

Noel & Pine is your seller and point of contact for delivery questions. If we cannot ship within the stated shipment period, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent, cancellation and refund options required by law. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Returns, faults and cancellations

Our returns and refunds policy explains the voluntary 14-day change-of-mind offer, store credit, eligibility and customer-paid return postage to Denmark. It also explains separate remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or missing goods. It does not replace mandatory rights to refunds or other remedies. Requests about returns and order problems should be sent directly to Noel & Pine.

Personal information

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information when operating the store, processing payments and arranging orders and delivery through service providers.

Applicable rights and disputes

We operate from Denmark. These terms do not exclude protections, remedies, court rights or complaint rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to your purchase. No mandatory arbitration requirement or waiver of statutory rights is imposed by these terms. Contact us first about a problem so that we can try to resolve it.

Changes

The version of these terms available when you place an order applies to that order. Later updates do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
